◆ 課程目標
透過實作讓學生了解企業流程管理(BPM)與工作流程(Workflow)，運用業界流程管理系統工具學習流程設計、電子表單設計、簽核流程及核決權限控管，並以真實作業流程為例實作流程設計專案，以掌握組織流程、表單與核決權限規劃和設計能力。
本課程以上機教學與專案實作為主，將依以下單元進行，1.企業流程管理與工作流程介紹，2.組織職務與系統核決層級，3.表單規劃及設計，4.流程規劃與設計，5.流程測試與驗證，6.分組專題實作。
Business Process Management (BPM) is the set of concepts, methods, and tools that help organizations define, implement, measure and improve their end-to-end processes.
The course covers topics relevant for students that plan to become business or systems analysts that participate in BPM projects and makes use of real-world cases studies to practice the phases of the Business Process Management operational life cycle with practical BPM tool.

◆ 專題設計要求
- 期中「分組」案例實作
- 2個案例：案例1, 案例2
- 先下載 VirtualBox 虛擬機器，在虛擬機器中使用「線上表單簽核系統」（虛擬機器檔案下載網址及個人代碼分配已email至學號信箱。）
- 「線上表單簽核系統」位置 140.133.78.60:8086/NaNaWeb (在虛擬機器中以 Firefox 開啟）
- 輸入表單位置 140.133.77.86
- 設計組織人員請參考 學校組織圖，組織代碼設定請用個人代碼作開頭。
- 請以書面報告說明設定的組織、人員代號及存檔的2個流程案例名稱，繳交至 TA數位學習平台
- 在「線上表單簽核系統」中完成流程設計，案例1，案例2分別存成2個流程
- 期末「分組」案例實作
- 「線上表單簽核系統」位置 140.133.78.60:8086/NaNaWeb (在虛擬機器中以 Firefox 開啟）
- 請依照「國立高雄科技大學校園網頁建置、修改申請單」在「線上表單簽核系統」中建立表單與流程。
- 申請項目選擇 "跑馬燈" 流程為 申請人-> 申請單位主管 -> 秘書室 -> 主任秘書 -> 校長。
- 設計好的表單php檔上傳至個人的 GitHub。
- 「線上表單簽核系統」上的表單請以自己的「學號」命名。
- 請以word檔說明設定的組織、人員代號及存檔的流程案例名稱上傳到TA平台。
- 繳交期限至 1/12（六）中午12：00。
